Return conditions

You can find the return conditions in our terms and conditions, particularly chapters 7 “Right of withdrawal for EU consumers” and 8 “Returns and compensation for diminished value”.

  • Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, the period is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods. An exception may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • For a return under the right of withdrawal, you pay return shipping costs according to the applicable conditions. Statutory rights apply to valid complaints.
  • Check that all items are included, pack them securely and describe their condition in the form. Use beyond what is necessary to inspect them may lead to compensation for diminished value.
