I thought for a long time about which Controller to choose, whether it should be Rocket Games or one of the other major brands. In the end, I decided on Rocket Games because here you have the option to swap both the Paddles and the sticks. I went for the full package, ordered the Force X, plus another pack of rear Paddles and the additional sticks. I'm currently playing with the extra sticks that don't come with the Force X, and they are really great. Even when things get sweaty, nothing slips, and the Controller itself feels great in the hand. You can calibrate the TMR sticks yourself at Rocket Games, and the response time is incredible. I'm really very satisfied and would choose Rocket Games again anytime

It is an absolute disgrace what you are doing.
I ordered and paid directly in October. Since then I have heard nothing about my order. I was put off multiple times by support when I asked, and I was repeatedly told that the Controller would be shipped the next working day. But nothing happened. Absolutely outrageous.

So I'm definitely satisfied with it the way it is. The Controller feels good in the hand, modern, clean, great. The only thing I'd "complain" about is that I still have Stick Drift despite Hall Effect. It's not super severe Stick Drift, but it's there. I also didn't set anything below 2. Other than that, this thing is great.
I also think the technology is really awesome, being able to remap the paddles so easily. It's definitely a really awesome device.
And otherwise I want to say thanks that the Controller arrived before Christmas. I would definitely get it again, and I will if the one I have gives up the ghost.

The Controller arrived damaged and the circle button sticks, so I sent it back and am now waiting for my money and the shipping costs. I didn't even get a proper answer to my questions!!
I was simply sent a canned response... Thanks, once again I've had to learn that even at 40 you're never done learning. 300€ and I get a broken Controller, somehow a joke

The Controller got stick drift after just a few hours... for a 300€ Controller that is supposed to have "no stick drift," understandably very annoying. Replies only sporadically via WhatsApp support.

- the logo is used way too often
- the sticks don't exactly seem high-quality either
- the wireless connection to the PlayStation seems weaker than with the normal DualShock 5
- pressing the buttons is much too stiff, and that's especially annoying in actions where, for example, you need to press the X button several times for a dodge move
- in my opinion, the PS button needs a different look and shape (it's hard to reach the mute button
. yeah, probably nobody cares anyway, but who knows, maybe there are still companies and people who accept feedback and act on it. Because if all these problems weren't there, I would have gladly paid over €300, but as it is, I regret the purchase.

Delivery was super fast (including to AT). The product is flawless and without defects (unfortunately, I've experienced that differently with other manufacturers). One thing I would still recommend is that the Paddles could be a bit "softer" (they take some getting used to at first).

The Controller was delivered defective and has to be sent back at my own expense. The duration of the repair is uncertain, as it falls during the peak season and no repairs are carried out during this time due to the high order volume. Very annoying overall.

The Controller is really, really good. I had ones from competitors like Scuf before, and I have to say the Rocket Controller is the best so far. What was annoying, though, was the extremely long and unreliable delivery time. When I bought it, it said it would take three to four weeks for the Controller to arrive. In the end, I waited a total of 9 weeks, which is just far too long. Still, I can recommend the Controller.

From the moment of unboxing until today, I have been thrilled with this product.
The Controller feels great in the hand, has excellent workmanship, and the configuration options are simply great.
I tried different things and found the right setup for me.
I also bought the aim rings and can only recommend them as well.
I would recommend this Controller to anyone, even if it is a very costly pleasure.
But if you value quality and customer service, this is the right place.
The Controller brought me back to gaming and has already given me many wonderful memories with my friends.
