This is my very first (Scuf) Controller, and I'm absolutely thrilled. Amazing work and quality that you've put into it, but unfortunately I have to deduct one star because the battery doesn't last that long (after about 8 hours of intense gaming) and you have to recharge the Controller again. Other than that, absolutely top-notch what you've created there, I would buy it again. Maybe you'll somehow manage to make the battery last longer.

Super quality, feels great in the hand and is a lot of fun to play with, you can feel the love that goes into the Controller. This is already my 2nd RocketGames Controller with the Haptic variant because I was very impressed with the first one. You shouldn't be "stingy" or hesitate too long, just order one directly (preferably with all accessories).

the R1 button broke super quickly and the sticks also wear out incredibly fast (5 weeks of playtime and the stick starts to peel. When I asked support, I was told I could just buy new sticks..) a normal ps5 Controller causes fewer problems

All good, only the UPS driver was too lazy to ring the bell! I sorted that out with UPS! It was a huge hassle and I had to borrow a car to pick up the gamer at a station far away!

As for delivery and price
The delivery was okay, I waited 3 weeks for the Controller but also had to follow up a bit. As for the price, if it weren't discounted, I wouldn't buy it because without a discount it would really be too expensive

So this price doesn't justify what the Controller is supposed to be able to do; in terms of input delay and button comfort, it's really a joke. The Paddles on the back are so hard to press that your fingers cramp up over time, and even with USB port overclocking, the input delay isn't at a pro level. For the price, and when you compare it with other premium Controllers, it's subpar; the Sony Edge is miles better.

After more than a month of waiting, the Controller finally arrived — unfortunately also in the wrong packaging, which immediately raised doubts about the product. During testing, it was immediately noticeable that the left stick responds unreliably and is even slightly bent.
Support was not very helpful, as I mostly only received chatbot responses. For the replacement delivery ticket, I had to wait another week and am now being asked to thoroughly inspect the obvious defect myself.
The Controller concept is actually pretty cool, but delivery problems, support, and the lack of quality unfortunately make the overall experience disappointing.

Things are broken after around 100 hours of playtime, that shouldn't happen for this amount of money, not even for a 50 € Controller would something like that be plausible. R2 trigger broken after changing it once, next we have the right stick where the problem is that after removing the sticks and trying new ones about 10-20 times, they no longer lock in properly and simply fall out if you were to turn the Controller upside down. I ask for a response as I urgently want to make a complaint about the Controller. Kind regards
