This was my first time choosing a scuf Controller, and I have to say it's very well made and I'm extremely satisfied.

Bad Controller

To be honest, I expected better quality for a 300€ Controller. Definitely my first and last order.

At the end of 2023, I ordered a Controller. After a while, I already had stick drift. After complaining, I sent the Controller in. Cost: 150 euros for a Hall effect conversion because the warranty only lasts 90 days after delivery. Insane The Controller came back with minimal stick drift and an R1 button that occasionally sticks. I filed another complaint. On top of that... communication was terrible I declined the offer to send the Controller back again because everything simply takes too long, I was fed up, and the Controller was still playable. A few weeks later, from one day to the next, the L3 button stopped working completely, or rather it is permanently activated to the left. Nervous breakdown I wrote an email about my frustration and that I was done with Rocket Games. After that, a nice woman got in touch, gave me hope, and wanted to replace the Controller. I agreed. After weeks of waiting and following up, and after 2 phone calls, I have now received this replacement Controller. It looks great. Brand new, worth 354 euros. Even has a new engraving on the Aim Stick Swap Base. Unfortunately, that is what causes the left stick to scrape because of the engraving and sometimes get stuck in position. Mind you, a brand-new Controller. I am at my wit's end and write to Rocket Games again. No answer! No response! Speechless. Now see for yourselves and think twice about exactly where you buy a Controller. Regards Rene

Unfortunately only one star, the Controller has been sitting in the UPS warehouse for 5 days now and hasn't moved at all.

The delivery went smoothly and the Controller is first-rate.

Despite express delivery, waited 2 months; the Controller had Stick Drift right away and the L2 mouse-click button has a loose contact. Support is awful, otherwise the Controller looks cool.

Basically a great Controller, The delivery time was around 6 weeks and after a short time the paint started coming off around the edges + the R2 button no longer clicks and sticks. A bit difficult at this price

Great quality. The Controller is mega fun, only the delivery time was a bit long. Otherwise, all in all 10/10.

The quality is super nice, sturdy, and you can swap out the paddles and sticks super easily. The only criticism I have is the delivery time: it says up to 7 days, but unfortunately I had to wait 2 weeks. Other than that, absolutely awesome
